    Secured Nexus\u2122 will work with you to help you move your domain. Depending upon your current email provider or in-house solution, we can help you understand the process. All that is necessary to move your domain is to move your DNS records to point to our servers and we take care of the email setup. Depending upon who houses your DNS record, it may take anywhere from 1 hour to 48 hours for the records to propagate through the Internet. Your current email can be safely moved to the new server. We recommend that you clean up old email before moving as a best practice.<\/div>\r\n
  • If I need help is there customer service to assist me?<\/li>\r\n
    Absolutely. Secured Nexus\u2122 has a 24 hour Call Center that is able to serve you and solve your problems as quickly as possible. On the occasion that there is a complex problem, your issue will be escalated to Technicians that are able to solve your issues.<\/div>\r\n

  • What is Encryption?<\/li>\r\n
    Encryption is the conversion of data into a form, called a ciphertext, which cannot be easily understood by unauthorized people. You must have the ability to \u201cdecode\u201d or Decrypt the information using a highly technical process of converting the data back into its regular form so it can be understood.<\/div>\r\n
  • I understand encryption, how does yours work?<\/li>\r\n\r\n
    We encrypt and decrypt your incoming and outgoing email at the gateway level, meaning before it leaves the server and as soon as it comes back to the server. We use S\/MIME and PDF Encryption. S\/MIME provides authentication, message integrity and non-repudiation (using X.509 certificates) and protection against message interception. S\/MIME uses public key encryption (PKI) for encryption and signing. All of this is done automatically for you.<\/div>\r\n
  • How do you secure my PDF documents?<\/li>\r\n\r\n
    We use a 20 byte one-time password encryption key which can be changed per user. Your receiver can generate his one-time password (OTP) by our 4096-Bit encrypted portal. The receiver can then reply directly from the encrypted PDF for continued end-to-end encryption.<\/div>\r\n

  • What is the difference in Secured Nexus\u2122 and other servers?<\/li>\r\n\r\n

    There is no where to 100% guarantee that people will use the service correctly. Secured Nexus\u2122 does not condone nor will it knowingly tolerate ANY use of the service that is for nefarious purposes. We place users on notice when they sign up what our policy is and have them agree to such usage.<\/div>\r\n

              Making Phone Calls and Video Calls<\/h5>\r\n
            • Many of your questions may be answered by running your mouse over the buttons at the bottom of your Contact Box. Many functions related directly to contacts may be found by right-clicking contacts, or by clicking File or Options (found above Contact List.)<\/li>\r\n\t
            • How to I make a phone call?<\/li>\r\n\r\n
              There are a couple of ways. First you can click on a contact that is in your Contact List. The click on the Phone Icon. Secondly, if you have a Contact Box already open, then you can simply click on the Phone Icon at the top left of the Contact Box. You may also simply dial the number from your Keypad that is just above your Contact List.<\/div>\r\n
              When you are on a call with another Member, you will click the Icon on the bottom left of the Contact Box to add another Member. Your Contact List will appear and you will choose who to add. You will add and then invite. You call will complete. When finished with the call, you may right click and place someone on Hold or may Hang Up the call.<\/div>\r\n
            • Can I set up a Favorites List of Contacts?<\/li>\r\n
              Yes. With Encrypt VC Platinum open, click File at the top left of the window and Create Group. Once the Group had been created and named you may right click your contact and move them into the Group.<\/div>\r\n
            • How can I dial In-Network numbers?<\/li>\r\n
              Click the Keypad, just above the Contact List and dial the Member\u2019s number. An option will appear asking which account for you to use\u2026choose EncryptVoice.<\/div>\r\n
            • How can I dial Out-of-Network numbers?<\/li>\r\n
              Click the Keypad, just above the Contact List and dial the number. Remember to dial the Country Code and the entire number. An option will appear asking which account for you to use\u2026choose EncryptVoice.<\/div>\r\n
            • How can I review recent calls?<\/li>\r\n
              At the top, just to the right of the Search Bar, you can click the Clock Looking Icon and review recent calls.<\/div>\r\n

              Just click the Place on Hold Button. Many of the useful buttons are located at the bottom of the window when you make a call.<\/div>\r\n
